Prohibition of Discrimination on the Basis of Sex

Given this, the District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its education programs or activities. The District is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) and its regulations not to discriminate in such a manner.

Title IX’s requirement not to discriminate in any of the District’s education programs or activities extends to admission and employment.
